I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals across all stages of life, from adolescence through late adulthood. My therapeutic approach blends the warmth and authenticity of emphasizing the study of the whole person and focusing on individual potential, personal growth, and self-actualization, identifying and changing negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, and the developmental insight of Lifespan Therapy to offer holistic, personalized care.
