I provide both medication and brief counseling to help people bring as many tools as possible to improve their emotional/mental health. I am informal, non-judgmental, and have no issue with bad words or loud laughs. Navigating a tough transition? Feel you could be happier and more fulfilled? Not quite the person you want to be? Let's work together to help you feel better. I provide medication or can just consult about medication to see if it is right for you and may help you reach your goals. I also consult with and mentor mental health providers and can speak on mental health topics for your workplace or interest group.
I offer a unique combination of medication and brief counseling as well as a willingness to discuss medication as an option for those who are not sure what they need. I have interest in experience specifically with young adults and with women experiencing issues related to pregnancy, parenting, life transitions and desire for growth!
