I have provided mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and elders for over 25 years in various capacities. My approach is comprehensive, inclusive and trauma-informed. As an integrative provider, I work with you or your loved one to bring balance into all the areas of life that effect mental health and well-being. I see patients experiencing all types of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to bipolar or along the neurodivergent spectrum and have a special interest in integrative psychiatric care, women and children’s mental health and the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in children and adults.
I provide medical management with medications for emotional and behavioral challenges. As an integrative provider that offers whole-person treatment, I often find it helpful to utilize herbal supplements, vitamins and minerals as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. And as part of an integrative team, I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I often provide brief psychotherapy during my sessions, which includes elements of various therapeutic modalities. I can also recommend mindful breathing and movement techniques to facilitate physical and emotional release. My goal in our sessions together is that you leave feeling supported, hopeful and can envision a clear path towards healing.
