Hello! I am a licensed and certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas. I have been practicing for over 9 years and I love what I do. I love working with individuals that have reached a place that they are ready to make a change and address their mental health concerns. Every individual will need support and guidance at some point in their life, you are not alone in this. I will work as hard as you to build your motivation and give you the tools needed to make the changes you desire. This means more than just focusing on medications, but also working on cognitive, and behavioral changes.
