Deanette James specializes in providing mental health medication management to patients in need. She does not provide therapy-only sessions. She has expertise in treating a wide range of mental and emotional health disorders including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and PTSD among others. Her experience comes from working in various settings such as inpatient psychiatric unit, PHP/IOP/Substance Use Disorder treatment, and outpatient psychiatric clinic.

She has been a nurse for 18 years and worked in every specialty, but psychiatry has been her niche since caring for behavioral health patients during nursing school. Elamax Mental Health Services PLLC was created by her, to assist in improving the mental health and overall well-being of patients struggling with mental and emotional distress.
