My realization from working with mental health and addiction chronic pain plays an enormous role in my patients quality of life. I combine my knowledge with strict protocols to keep my patients free of pain without the stigma of addiction through collaboration with all health professionals involved in their care. Addiction treatments with Suboxone, Sublocade (monthly Suboxone injection), Vivitrol Inj (Naltrexone). Treatment for withdrawal symptoms (Lucemyra). Medically supervised conversion Methadone to Suboxone or complete taper to Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Slow Benzodiazepine taper and alcohol treatment. In addition, we have a full staff of therapists in house.
