Addiction treatments with Suboxone, Sublocade (monthly Suboxone injection), Vivitrol Inj (Naltrexone). Treatment for withdrawal symptoms (Lucemyra). Medically supervised conversion Methadone to Suboxone or complete taper to Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Slow Benzodiazepine taper and alcohol treatment. In addition, we have a full staff of therapists in house.
