I specialize in autism, ADHD, and LGBT+ psychiatric care for teens and adults. I’ve spent years learning to unmask, embrace my brain, and celebrate the parts of me that never quite fit the mold. I’ve also struggled with masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity, procrastination, and was misdiagnosed with treatment resistant depression for decades. My office offers Psychotherapy, Medication Management, Coaching, DBT, EMDR, Autism and ADHD Assessments. Mental health care should be practical, affirming, and built for the way your brain actually works. At Quirkiatry, we help neurodivergent individuals with medication, therapy, coaching, and psychiatric care that makes sense. No hoops. No judgment.
My whole day is spent working with neurodivergent clients. That means I get to see patterns and possibilities that generalists might miss. I stay on top of research, clinical strategies, and lived experience—not just to treat symptoms, but to help you understand your brain and navigate life in a way that finally makes sense.
