I’ve seen how life-changing it can be when someone finally feels heard, and that’s what led me to psychiatry. Whether I’m treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or ADHD, with me, your psychiatric care will always be rooted in connection, trust, and meeting you where you are. Taking a collaborative approach, I’ll help you feel more like yourself through personalized medication management. And, as part of your medication care, we may incorporate brief psychotherapy and holistic strategies into your treatment plan to help you feel more balanced and in control.

Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I worked in psychiatric hospitals, ICUs, and community settings across the West Coast. Those experiences shaped my belief that healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. I use a multimodal approach designed to help you achieve lasting progress.

To stay balanced, I enjoy hiking, running, lifting weights, or relaxing near water. I’m also a fan of health and wellness podcasts, interior design, and discovering the best pizza places. This appreciation for feeling grounded and inspired shows up in my care, where I’ll help you find a version of life that’s truly your own.

I believe mental health care should be accessible and affordable. That's why I accept most major insurance plans and credit/debit/HSA cards. On average, a new patient with insurance only pays $18 after meeting their deductible when seeing me.
