As a board-certified psychiatrist, my focus is on providing thoughtful, collaborative care for individuals navigating bipolar disorder, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders. I was drawn to psychiatry for its complexity, creativity, and the profound impact mental health has on daily life. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across outpatient, inpatient, and interventional settings, including experience with ECT, TMS, and esketamine treatment. These diverse environments have reinforced my belief that effective care must be flexible, evidence-based, and responsive to each person’s needs.
My approach blends psychopharmacology with supportive therapeutic strategies, always considering the medical, emotional, and social factors that shape a person’s well-being. I work collaboratively to create treatment plans that feel both practical and empowering, helping clients gain clarity, stability, and hope as they move forward.
My goal is to support meaningful, sustainable progress by meeting each individual where they are and tailoring care to what works best for them.
