Hello and welcome. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress have in some way affected so many of us. Any one of these can have a tremendous effect on your mental health. Whether you have endured loss, have been overwhelmed by external stressors, or have just been coping with isolation during these uncertain times there is support available for you. I would like to hear your story and be a part of the team that helps you navigate whatever storm you are weathering.
My primary function is assessment, support, and medication management for my clients. I will certainly make referrals to therapists and other methods of treatment as necessary. Treatment for all mood and anxiety disorders, as well as trauma, ADHD, and insomnia are well within my wheelhouse.
