I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience working in outpatient settings, providing care to patients ages five and up. I chose a career in mental healthcare out of a deep commitment to advocating for individuals with mental health conditions—particularly because this population is often underserved due to the persistent stigma surrounding mental illness.
My clinical expertise includes treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a special focus on anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, ADHD, autism, and dementia. I utilize a comprehensive approach that integrates both medication management and psychotherapy to support each patient’s unique needs and goals.
While my primary focus areas include anxiety, depression, PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, and insomnia, I also have broad experience treating many other mental health disorders. My goal is always to create a supportive, compassionate environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
