I am a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 16 years of experience in healthcare. I've made it my mission to work to destigmatize mental health care and enhance mental wellness for diverse populations. My clinical focus encompasses depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and OCD, as well as optimizing mental health for active-duty military personnel and their families, Veterans, and first responders. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can explore their unique concerns, needs, and treatment goals.
I offer personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based mental healthcare, including medication management, psychotherapy, integrative therapy, and research-backed alternative treatments including deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (dTMS). My holistic and collaborative approach supports clients’ journey to growth and positive change.
Before becoming a PMHNP, I was an Emergency Department nurse working on the front lines to provide trauma-informed care to everyone.
