Darcy Faibish is not currently accepting new clients.
I help individuals facing an array of challenges, which may appear in the form of depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illness, panic, insomnia, focus problems, relationship and work difficulties. We will collaborate to explore the psychological, biological and environmental contributors to the situation and develop an integrated treatment plan that can draw from any or all of my specialties in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, lifestyle and complementary medicine.
My integrative treatment approach includes an exploration of the individual's emotional life and deep concerns through psychotherapy, where I draw upon psychodynamic, attachment, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral models.
I strongly believe whole health begins with mental health. It's never too late to improve your health and well being. In addition to pharmacologic treatment and/or psychotherapy, we may consider matters of lifestyle, such as stress management, mindfulness, and nutrition. New patients can message me on my website bostonmindbodymedicine.com or please email.
