I earned my MSN from Lewis University in Romeoville and spent over six years in psychiatric nursing on acute mental health units, caring for people through their hardest moments. That work showed me how far these conditions reach into families, not only the individual. I bring a holistic lens: sleep, stress, relationships, and history all matter.
