Healing starts with feeling safe, supported, and understood. I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in thoughtful medication management with integrative supportive therapy or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when helpful. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, perinatal and perimenopausal transitions, and the unique challenges faced by healthcare workers.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience, understanding that anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain can get stored in the brain and body, often keeping us stuck in reactive patterns. I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a brief therapy that uses guided eye movements to help the brain process and reframe distressing memories and trauma.
