I work with clients age 3 to 103 who are seeking thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care. Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or discouraged because they still do not feel well despite treatment. Some are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, or treatment-resistant symptoms. Others want a fresh perspective to clarify diagnosis and make sure treatment is truly addressing the right concerns. I help by taking time to understand you and not just your symptoms by creating a treatment plan with you focused on relief and improved functioning.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, med-management, and psychotherapy, including EMDR. My 90-minute initial evaluations allow time for careful assessment, diagnostic clarity, and individualized treatment planning. My approach is warm, thorough, and practical. I use pharmacogenomic testing and support benzodiazepine tapering to reduce long-term dependence.
