As a mother of five, I know firsthand that raising children can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly hard. Lasting change happens when families are treated as partners in care, which is why my approach is collaborative and family-centered by design. I use evidence-based medication management alongside supportive therapeutic techniques to help children and adolescents improve emotional regulation, reduce symptoms, and build resilience and confidence over time.
My path began in oncology nursing, where I witnessed how deeply mental health shapes the entire family system. Becoming a mother of five made that calling personal. I bring both clinical foundation and lived family experience to every session now, as someone who has studied this work and lived it.
