I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 7 years of experience helping adult clients cope with the effects of anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, trauma, and PTSD.
