I believe in setting attainable goals, and helping my clients achieve them. I will utilize tools to assess and diagnosis based on DSM-V criteria and mainly focus on medication management for symptoms management. However, I do employ a holistic mental health view and incorporate brief psychotherapy in my sessions.
