Many clients come to me because they're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck. When medication is helpful, I make sure it’s the right medication, not too much, not too little. And whether or not medication is part of your plan, I always incorporate whole-person care, like sleep, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and emotional tools, to help you feel your best.
I was drawn to this work because I saw how powerful it can be when people feel informed, heard, and in control of their care.
