As a board-certified psychiatrist, my focus is to give each patient compassionate, individualized care that supports healing and resilience. I am deeply committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, especially in communities where it is often misunderstood or minimized. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally sensitive, with a goal of creating a safe space where patients feel seen, respected, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.
I have special interests in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD, and I am passionate about serving Spanish-speaking and underserved communities. I enjoy working with young adults navigating life transitions as well as older adults facing new challenges.
My treatment style blends medication management, psychotherapy, and psychosocial support, always in collaboration with the patient’s goals. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling with my family, and exploring new craft projects.
