Most of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, and/or chronically ill/disabled. They may seek help with transition concerns, psychiatric medication, diagnosis identification or confirmation, or practical support for day-to-day life. Whatever their need, they're seeking someone comfortable with the diversity of experiences that our identities bring and how these intersect in the USA in 2026
As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can offer an affirming neuropsychiatric evaluation for neurodivergence, medication evaluation or management, mental health therapy/support, and practical, real-world strategies to balance the demands of neurotypical, able-bodied society on a neurodivergent brain and disabled body.
My insight comes from beyond my formal training through lived experience as a physically and mentally disabled, multiply neurodivergent, queer, and transgender individual. I specifically advanced my studies to be "the provider I never had," whose experiences reflected my own. I am here to support you in a world that isn't always kind.
