I provide a warm, supportive, and accepting environment, and I offer to assist you in working through the resistance toward a fuller and more complete life. My focus is in the field of Depth Psychology which requires a shift to the inner self that is emerging in your life.
As a Nurse Practitioner I can also assist with the management and education related to the use of medications. Although I think the use of medication needs to be prudent and based on evidence-based practice I find its place in the tools available to help clients is important.
