Accepting new clients! Life is a journey and healing is often a nonlinear process. Sometimes it can seem like we take one step forward and two steps back. I am passionate about practicing behavioral health using a trauma informed, integrative approach to wellness. I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who blends conventional treatments with complementary practices.
I offer medication management combined with supportive therapy, somatic healing techniques, mindfulness/breathwork, evidence based supplementation, and supportive self care strategies. I place great importance on the development of a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, active listening, empathy, and collaboration.
