I additionally appreciate clients interested in medication tapering when appropriate alongside addressing the underlying reasons medications may have been necessary in the first place. I work best with those who are open to receiving help and working collaboratively, no matter how early or far along in their mental health journey. I pride myself on meeting clients where they are and helping them progress in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood concerns, and stress through individualized, trauma-informed care and medication management. My holistic, collaborative approach increasingly includes functional psychiatry perspectives and thoughtful deprescribing when appropriate.
I am intimately familiar with the challenges of exploring the psyche and the courage it takes doing so, especially while allowing someone in to support that process.
