These can range from a short bout of depression or anxiety, to long-standing difficulties. The perseverance and coping that we are capable of is amazing! At times, however, we may need some support. It is my goal to be a partner in your mental health care.
My role in your ongoing journey navigating through life is to provide you with the support that we sometimes need. This can range from psychoeducation to medications and psychotherapy. My specialty is medication management with extensive experience treating young children, adults, and geriatric patients with extensive comorbidities.
