I work with people who are struggling as a result of both psychological and underlying psychiatric problems. These underlying problems can lead to problems developing or maintaining good relationships and or success at work or school. The problems can interfere with their leading a life that feels meaningful and rewarding. These problems can manifest as symptoms of anxiety, depression or behaviors that interfere with someone's ability utilize their strengths to live their life in way that works well for them.
I provide both psychotherapy and psychopharmacological treatment. I am able to work with patients to determine if their problems are best treated with either or both psychotherapy and or medication. I am capable of working with people interested in either of these treatment approaches or working with their therapist to provide medication consultation.
