I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders, including OCD. I also treat mood disorders, ADHD, and eating disorders. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and limited therapy for patients living in Oregon and New Mexico. I believe strongly in translating evidence/science-based mental health care and collaboration to create treatment plans. I also know that people are more than their mental illness and strive to understand how each person exists within their environment and relationships.
I have been in practice since 2013 and worked in rural, frontier, and urban settings. I currently see patients 16 and older. I have a Master’s in Nursing from OHSU and Doctor of Nursing Practice from New Mexico State University. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where I majored in Human Biology and minored in Feminist Studies.
Each of us is a collection of stories that come from our past, our experiences, and our loved ones—at times, without our permission.
