I work especially well with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, as well as grief. My extensive background in emergency nursing has taught me the importance of listening carefully, responding calmly, and treating the whole person; not just symptoms. I combine evidenced-based medication management with supportive therapy and education.
At your first session we will review your concerns, medical and mental health history, and any previous treatment experiences. If medication is being considered, we will discuss options and make decisions that are comfortable for you. Most importantly, I offer a space where you can explain your own unique story and feel heard without judgement.
