My passions within the field of mental health include anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and depression. Children and adolescents to young adults are of special interest, as I know firsthand what a difference medication, advocacy and coping strategies can mean to a family who is struggling.
I have worked to create a comfortable, inviting space for patients to share.
My prior experience in residential care, mental health, corrections, family practice have led to passionate patient advocacy and trauma informed care.
Here you will be an individual, who's needs and priorities are respected. My purpose is to empower my patients and offer knowledge, perspective and support. Most important I want my patients to feel SEEN and HEARD. A special commitment to neurodivergence diagnosis, coping and treatment strategies without shame or judgement.
