I'm looking forward to working with you! I am a board certified PMHNP. I work with a broad population, specializing in trauma, anxiety, perinatal and postnatal mental health, depression, PTSD, self-harm, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. In addition to my current clinical roles, I have worked in schools with at-risk adolescent populations and supported people with severe mental illness on an ACT team. As a labor and delivery nurse, I have walked alongside mothers in their most transformative and vulnerable moments.
I incorporate a holistic approach to mental well-being, emphasizing the mind-body connection and the importance of movement, rest, diet, creative expression, and balance. My approach is strongly therapeutic and I'm a certified yoga instructor with a degree in oil painting, in addition to my nursing degrees.
