Patient-centered care and holistic treatment are at the heart of how I strive to work with patients and families. My therapeutic approach emphasizes the exploration of root causes as well as gaining skills to cope with challenging situations and emotions. I aim to provide support with both psychotherapy and medication management, and lend guidance through informed decision-making. My clinical interests include the effects of technology on mental health, mindfulness-based therapy, improving exercise and nutrition, and parent-teen relationship issues.
I attended college and medical school at Washington University in St. Louis. I completed an internship at Stanford Hospital and general and child/adolescent psychiatry residencies at the University of Washington in Seattle.
