I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience treating adults on an inpatient, residential, and outreach basis and have worked with patients experiencing a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders. I strive to work with clients to develop a plan for treatment that meets their needs and fits their values. I use goal oriented, evidence-based approaches to achieve the highest level of patient care.
I take a holistic approach to consider how mental health fits into an individual’s total wellness. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and joining them wherever they are on their mental health journey. As medication is just a piece of the puzzle, I always encourage clients to engage in therapy and other modes of healing and self-improvement.
