I have a Masters degree from university of Massachusetts, Amherst. I’m a Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a 2 + experience in a large outpatient clinic. I have worked with different age groups for medication management based on their individual needs. I can help you manage and maintain a healthy mind set based on your individual needs and goals.
Initial assessment is about an hour getting to know your needs and starting an individualized treatment plan. I follow up in 3-4 weeks with any medication initiation/change to assess effect or treatment change needs. We then follow up for assessment every 10-12 weeks or longer depending on individual treatment.
Having worked with different cultures and age groups , I have developed the art of listening, paying attention to different needs and developing an individualized treatment for my different patients. I also have patients assisting with their treatment plans based on their individual goals. We follow up regularly to discuss progress towards individual goals.
