I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years experience in healthcare. I treat many conditions, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, ADHD, and Binge Eating Disorder. I enjoy assisting my patients deal with problems related to work, relationships, and life transitions. I operate as a small concierge based practice to provide more attention to patient needs. I do this to ensure privacy, discretion, and keep decision making between the patient and provider.

I believe every patient and situation are unique. I am non-judgmental and strive to help patients achieve a functional and fulfilling life. I use DBT modalities in each session for treatment. I use an evidenced based approach for diagnosis and treatment and routinely stay updated on new research encompassing all aspects of psychopharmacology and therapy.

I do not offer free initial consults and only answer emails sent directly to my practice once an appointment has been created. I do offer weekend and evening appointments for emergencies.

I am in-network for Aetna and most New York insurance plans. I do not take Medicaid or Medicare. I primarily work with self-pay patients and can provide a bill at the end of each session. Our initial session is $325 which is 1 hour and my follow-up appointments are $225 for 30 minutes.
