She has a broad range of knowledge and experience from mild anxiety to acute psychosis. She also has a love for teaching and has taught undergraduate nursing students their mental health clinical rotation at ECMC. Currently, she precepts students who are pursuing their Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree.
Her approach on providing care involves respecting people’s opinions and preferences. She prides herself on teaching her patients about the different medication options and encouraging patients to participate in selecting the medication that they are most comfortable with.
