I am a psychiatrist, a board certified psychoanalyst, and a psychotherapist in private practice for over 30 years. As a board-certified psychoanalyst, I also provide treatment and consultation to other mental health professionals. I treat the whole person, individualizing different theories and techniques. I believe many new therapies are shiny re-inventions of tried-and-true effective approaches.
