Dr. Jessica Chaudhary is a Board Certified psychiatrist and a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College with Honors. Being a Seattle native, she returned to medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine and then completed her residency in psychiatry at Yale University. She completed a fellowship in psychosomatic medicine at Harvard Medical School, where she gained special expertise in treating co-morbid complex medical conditions and psychiatric disorders. In addition to her private practice, she is on staff at Yale New Haven Hospital.

I work with children and their families to develop personalized, effective, and sustainable treatment plans, incorporating psychotherapy, medication, or both. I treat a spectrum of psychiatric problems including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, and tic disorders, as well as address psychological issues such as identity, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, life transitions, and personal fulfillment.

Dr. Yan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with honors in Economics. She holds a law degree from Harvard and was a practicing attorney before pursuing her medical education at New York University School of Medicine. While in medical school, she won the Best Research Presentation Award for the Jack Cary Eichenbaum Summer Scholars Program. She received her residency training in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served on the Mental Health Crisis Response Team during the Covid pandemic.

I am a psychiatrist, Columbia trained, board certified in general psychiatry, with an extensive background in medicine. I specialize in treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders (panic, phobias, generalized anxiety), mood disorders (depression, bipolar), obsessive compulsive states and post traumatic stress disorder. Treatment is with psychotherapy alone or medication plus psychotherapy. Medication management is offered when another therapist is involved.
