As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide care for individuals with a range of mental health concerns. Mental health disorders that I pursue include, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and substance use disorders.It is sometimes difficult to find someone that you can connect with and be comfortable with. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Garrit is a certified advanced practice professional. He is an expert at assessing client needs and prescribing medications that will treat accordingly. Garrit has comprehensive knowledge of medicine, pharmacology, clinical skills, and standards of care resulting in the highest possible level of safety.

Dr. Kye specializes in Psychiatry for Adolescents through Geriatrics. He offers medication management therapy, supportive psychotherapy, genetic testing, and pre-surgical psychiatric evaluations.

I embrace a diverse practice that ranges from adolescents through older adults in all ages and areas. I enjoy helping people that have struggled to find a way to peace and happiness. Perry appreciates listening and learning about a person and building a therapeutic relationship. I work with people who have never taken medications that are new to psychiatric treatment and medication management. I also have the ability to manage difficult complex psychiatric cases.

Please note that I am licensed in and can only see clients who reside in Connecticut. Clients in my practice seek a provider who is compassionate, comprehensive and understands their individual needs. I am also one of the few practitioners in the area that will consult on and prescribe gender affirming hormone therapy to adults.

Dr. Randall Dwenger is board-certified in both Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine, and has been practicing psychiatry for more than 35 years. His goal in working with clients is to instill hope in those who are often feeling hopeless. Treatment begins with a Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation, where he gets to know each client as an individual. Throughout his career, he has had a passion for working with young people as they transition to adulthood. He has a love for treating those suffering from addiction, and a hatred for the Opioid Epidemic given all the lives lost to this disease.

Sanh is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut who provides medication management to children, adolescents, teens and young adults. Sanh has provided care to individuals with mental illness for 16-years and has a passion for helping others regain control of and successfully navigate their lives. Sanh received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Connecticut and her graduate degree from St. Joseph University.

Medication can provide wonderful relief for acute matters but only psychotherapy offers the possibility of fundamental change of life-long destructive patterns. With a combination of medication and therapy I have helped many patients to achieve a better life. Board certified in child as well as adult psychiatry, I am experienced in the treatment of conditions affecting children and adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population.
