I provide psychiatric medication management for individuals ages 18+ struggling with addiction, depression, PTSD, anxiety & more. My prior work as an FNP in public health & addiction medicine provided me a deep understanding of complex & often treatment-resistant conditions combined with challenging biopsychosocial issues. This motivated me to complete a psychedelic-assisted therapy certificate program (SoundMind Institute) & to complete my psychiatric NP training at La Salle University.
I combine medication to address brain-based factors with mind-body techniques & psychotherapy to effectively reshape deeply ingrained patterns. I support my clients in exploring their unique goals. My therapeutic relationships are built on collaboration, client autonomy, & shared decision-making, weaving holistic treatment into each personalized plan.
During our first session, we will begin to unravel your story & pinpoint areas that need improvement while defining treatment goals for your target symptoms.
