Crystal Moschiano is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her graduate degree from Hofstra University. She specializes in the management of mood and anxiety disorders, addiction psychiatry, and women’s health providing both psychotherapy and medication management.
I believe in an empathic, holistic approach to mental health care which encompasses psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and integrative modalities to formulate individualized treatment plans to reach mutual therapeutic goals.
