Welcome. Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing your journey, Paths To Mental Wellness was started to help individuals achieve greater balance, personal growth, and healing through psychiatric assessment, medication consultation, and medication management w/supportive therapy. I see adults 18+ years of age and up struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, PTSD, or a psychotic disorder. I work to collaborate with therapists, specialists, and primary care providers as a way to promote optimal outcomes.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in WA and Oregon. My focus is on diagnostic assessment, medication evaluation, and medication management of the above diagnoses. I also offer solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), a strength-based supportive therapy. While I don't require individual therapy, I strongly encourage it.
I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings. My experiences have shaped my flexible, compassionate, and personalized approach to care. I am deeply passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, supportive healing space where individuals feel heard and empowered on their journey toward mental wellness.
