I partner with patients to explore their unique mental health & wellness path in a warm, empathetic, safe environment. I’m passionate about working with clients to find peace, balance & respect for body image, food & movement. I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, panic disorder, substance use issues, eating disorders & sleep issues.
My specialty is women’s mental health, including family planning, conceiving/ fertility issues, support through perinatal mood changes, the postpartum period and beyond. I offer parents a safe space to talk honestly through the many challenges of parenthood. Becoming a parent can be both hard and wonderful, and holding space for both is so important.
I also work with patients to maintain their sense of self and self-care at a time when both are often most challenged. Partnering with people on their path to change, growth and healing has been an incredible honor and privilege.
