I have a real love for life and people! I am inspired by humans’ innate ability to overcome adversity through introspection, medication consideration & whole person approaches, addressing big & small details alike. Being an ER nurse for 10 years, I recognized the need for mental health support. From inner city hospitals to level 1 trauma centers, I saw patients with physical ailments, but it was the look of fear & hopelessness that drove me to go into mental health. Many of my clients are those looking to find a light amidst the darkness they may be experiencing. As a psychiatric nurse, I treat children age 6 through adults age 60.
I provide mental health care including medication management, TMS, ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato (esketamine), and treatment care planning. My approach is integrative, person & client-centered, combining evidence-based methods with careful listening & collaboration to help reduce symptoms, understand mental health, and enhance overall functioning.
My ultimate goal is to help all my clients grow to see the light in the midst of their darkness. I believe at the core of each of us is the human desire for connection and empathy. I work by meeting my clients where they are and walking alongside them in their mental health journey, connecting through an emotional lens. I look forward to helping you!
