As a PMHNP, I am trained in traditional psychiatric practice, though I value integrating holistic care into my approach. I take time to hear out what's going on with people and make the best clinical recommendations - whether that's starting medications, connecting for therapy or alternatives. Areas that I specialize in include women's mental health, PMDD, treatment resistant depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD.

When people come to me for their first visit, we start with a comprehensive evaluation where I hear your medical, social and psychological history. We talk about your habits, sleep and diet to understand how those parts impact the whole. I learn about where you've been in therapy, whether medications, exercise or supplements have been tried and your goals.
