We welcome you to learn more about Cottonwood Creek Wellness Center’s Psychiatric Services. Our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners will partner with you to identify the best psychiatric and integrative interventions that are both evidence-based and individualized to you. Our services include: Psychiatric evaluations, genetic testing, and integrative strategies. We will explore symptoms, lifestyle factors & your history to collaborate on a plan that provides symptom relief, increases functioning & improves mental wellness.
Medication Management: We will meet regularly to assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan, address side-effects or issues & fine-tune medications & doses. With patience & close teamwork, we will figure out the right interventions to optimize your overall wellness.
Genetic Testing, Integration and Collaboration: For those who may have struggled to find the right medications, we are prepared to help you identify if you may have a genetic variation that is impacting how your body responds to medication or if you may have a genetic variation that contributes to your symptoms. We offer a detailed report for collaboration.
