I have a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I specialize in working with clients who are seeking to make significant changes in their lives, particularly those who have faced ongoing struggles with mental health issues and haven’t found the right solutions through traditional medications. We will work together to develop the best treatment plan for your mental health journey. I support alternative methods of treatment such as esketamine, TMS, lifestyle changes, and chronotherapy and provide education and referrals for those services.
I graduated from Rush Medical University School of Nursing and have worked in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice who is board-certified in Psychiatry. My focus is collaboratively working to utilize individualized, evidence-based, integrated treatment strategies with clients.
