As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan I specialize in a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care. Clinical interests include treating disorders ranging from depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, and substance use disorders using psychopharmacology, coping strategies, and psychoeducation. My passions include suicide prevention, improving access to care, and decreasing the stigma of mental illness.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, holistic, collaborative, and interpersonal to help foster a trusting alliance with all clients.
