I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all psychiatry—your story, biology, and goals all matter. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and design a plan that’s realistic, evidence-based, and aligned with your life. My role is to help you feel heard, informed, and confident in your path forward—whether that involves psychotherapy, medication, or integrative care.
I specialize in psychopharmacology, second opinions, and integrative treatment for complex or overlapping medical and psychiatric conditions. I also focus on women’s mental health—supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal transitions with clear, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
