Living with PTSD/trauma, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, ADHD, or mood instability can be exhausting-especially when it starts to affect relationships, work, sleep, or confidence. My goal is to help you find meaningful relief while also building insight and skills that support lasting change. I’m Juli Black, PMHNP-BC (ANCC Board-Certified) with 15 years in nursing, including 10 years in psychiatric settings, and practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2022.

At Contemporary Mental Health, I provide personalized medication management, brief supportive counseling, and psychiatric patient education. I commonly treat PTSD/complex PTSD, treatment-resistant depression/MDD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, OCD, and substance use challenges.
